Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. During busy periods, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take several business days to become active after your order has shipped.

If your tracking information has not updated immediately, please allow some time for the carrier's system to register the shipment.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, BOVVIE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us 

We may ask you to provide your order number and any relevant information regarding the shipment so we can investigate the issue.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
